The ride starts from Nice and climbs through the natural forest of Mont Boron, a 16th-century fortress site overlooking Villefranche Bay, before moving onto the three Corniche roads that wind up the coast toward Menton. The Low Corniche hugs the shoreline; the Medium Corniche cuts through the middle elevation; the Grande Corniche sits highest, at 750 meters, and delivers the most dramatic views — a 360-degree panorama from the Italian Riviera to the Gulf of Saint Tropez, with Monaco's rooftops spread below. The guide chooses the route based on the group's fitness level, so the day adapts to who is riding.

You stop at Eze, a medieval village perched 400 meters above sea level with narrow cobblestone streets and stone houses that seem to hang over the water. The Exotic Garden of Eze sits at the top, filled with rare plants and sculptures, and offers some of the best photo stops on the Riviera — entry costs 6 euros extra if you choose it.
