The Experience

Your hotel pickup starts the day—the driver collects you and brings you to the marina, where the crew greets you and you board the dive boat. After a safety briefing and equipment check, the boat heads to the first dive site. You descend into the Red Sea to explore vibrant coral reefs, schools of colorful fish, and the chance to spot turtles or rays. Beginners stay close to the instructor; certified divers have more room to roam. The whole first dive typically lasts around 40 minutes underwater.

Back on the boat, you dry off and eat a freshly prepared lunch while the crew serves soft drinks and water. You can sunbathe on deck and take in the Red Sea views while the boat moves to the second site. This second reef offers different marine life and formations—a new underwater landscape to explore with your instructor. After another guided dive, the boat returns to shore and you're transferred back to your hotel, ending an 8-hour day that covers two completely different underwater experiences.

All diving equipment is provided—mask, fins, wetsuit, tanks, and weights—so you don't need to bring or rent anything separately. Certified dive guides lead in English, French, German, or Dutch. The activity suits both first-time divers (who get close supervision) and certified divers (who get more autonomy). If your hotel is in Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Safaga, or Soma Bay, transfers are available for an extra charge; central Hurghada pickups are included.
