The experience

The day starts at your hotel and moves through three distinct chapters of Egypt's past. At the Giza Pyramids, you'll stand in front of the three main structures (Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus) built during the Fourth Dynasty between 2,500 and 2,400 B.C. Your Egyptologist guide walks you through how and why they were constructed, explains the satellite pyramids surrounding them, and covers the Great Sphinx, which ancient Egyptians believed guarded the cemetery.
