The Experience

The Blue Cave on Biševo Island is the centerpiece—a natural phenomenon created by light refraction through a crack in the stone that turns the water silvery-blue. You'll have free time to explore the island, then board a small boat to enter the cave itself (the entrance fee is paid separately). The cave wasn't open to the public until recently, and it has drawn visitors ever since. After Biševo, the boat heads to Komiža on Vis Island, a sheltered fishing village tucked into narrow alleys where you can swim, grab coffee or breakfast, and walk the waterfront at your own pace.

The route then takes you to Budikovac Island, better known as the Blue Lagoon for its crystal-clear water and sandy bottom that reflects every shade of blue. Snorkeling masks are provided, so you can dive straight in and watch small fish move through the shades of navy to turquoise. If the lagoon is crowded in high season, the crew will anchor at a quieter bay on Vis instead. Stiniva Cove comes next—a tight bay surrounded by high cliffs, roughly 600 meters long and 100 meters wide, famous for its unusual beach and ideal for swimming when it's not packed with day-trippers. The crew knows the quieter alternatives and will adapt the stop if needed.

The final two stops are the Pakleni Islands off Hvar's southwest coast and the town of Hvar itself, the sunniest town in Croatia with roots in ancient Greece and Rome. You'll have time to walk the old town, grab ice cream, visit the beaches nearby, or simply soak in the historical layers. The boat carries a maximum of twelve passengers plus two crew members, with shaded areas and sunbathing space for everyone.
