You board at noon sharp, and within minutes you're past the harbor mouth, heading south toward the Fratarski islands. The route takes five hours total and hits the real highlights of South Istria in one trip. You cruise past three local islands—Fratarski, Little Frašker, Big Frašker—where the water is so clear you can see the bottom from the deck. Then the boat drops anchor in a secluded bay at Cape Kamenjak, and that's when things shift.
