The Experience
You arrive at a cloud forest resort and start at the highest point of the property. After a safety briefing and harness check, you walk to the first platform and clip into the cable system. The canopy is a network of lines, towers and suspended platforms strung between giant trees—nine cables totaling 1,045 meters of gliding, plus two hanging bridges and three short jungle trails connecting the platforms. As you move through the treetops, the view opens across the hidden valley below. Birds, monkeys, sloths and smaller animals move through the branches around you.
The Tarzan swing is the centerpiece: you step off a platform, grab a rope and swing out over the forest before dropping onto a net below. For those who want more intensity, an additional Superman cable stretches 750 meters across the canopy—a long, fast glide that requires nerve but no extra skill. Between cables and swings, the short jungle trails let you catch your breath and spot wildlife. A professional guide stays with your group throughout, managing the safety systems and pointing out the forest's layers and inhabitants.
Lunch and juice are served at the end, and the whole experience takes about 3 hours. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included if your accommodation is on the selected list; public transportation options exist nearby if yours is not. You'll need to be comfortable with heights and willing to walk between platforms, but the harness does the work—no climbing or upper-body strength required.

The Tarzan swing has you step off a platform, grab a rope and swing out over the forest canopy before a net catches you below. It's the most thrilling moment of the tour and happens roughly in the middle of the 3-hour experience.
Can I do this if I'm afraid of heights?

How much walking is involved between the cables?
