You get picked up from your Adelaide hotel at 8:30am, and the first stop is Langmeil at 10am, one of the oldest estates in the region. By noon you're at Château Tanunda, a bluestone building that looks like it belongs in a different century, and it kind of does. Then at 1:15pm it's Ubertas, a smaller operation doing small-batch stuff, the kind of place where you can taste the difference between one block and another.
