Beach Yoga & Sound Bath on Eagle Beach, Aruba
Practice yoga on the sand and let the ocean reset your nervous system.
Beach yoga and sound bath on Eagle Beach in Aruba, where you practice all-levels Fusion Yoga on soft white sand with ocean views, guided meditation, and a 10-minute sound bath to close. Classes run Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 am, plus Sunday from December through April; the instructor provides the mat, and ages 12 and up are welcome.
The Experience
You meet at a hidden spot on Eagle Beach—ranked number two in the world—where the backdrop is soft white sand, open ocean, and trade winds instead of studio walls. The practice is Fusion Yoga, a combination of styles the instructor developed to work for every level, with variations built in so you're not scaling down or pushing beyond what your body needs that day. Pelicans and seagulls move through the air while you move through poses; the shades of blue shift across the water in front of you. A small group keeps the energy intimate and the space uncluttered.
The session runs about an hour, closing with 10 minutes of sound bathing—a guided meditation layered with resonant tones that settle into your body after the physical practice. The instructor speaks English and Spanish, and the mat is provided; you bring a towel to place over it and a water bottle. Tuesday and Friday classes start at 9:30 am year-round; Sunday sessions run the same time from December through April. Other times and locations can be arranged as a private class if your group or schedule needs it.

Is this one for you?The small group size and beach setting make this work for anyone who finds a studio feel too enclosed or formal—you get the instruction and structure of a class without the four walls, and the ocean air and sand contact do the resetting that most people come to yoga to find.
