Step-by-step itinerary
Visit Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls
- Excursion through Brazilian Falls
- Walk 1,200 meters on walkways
- Enjoy panoramic views of 275 falls
- See main falls: Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamin Constant, Salto Unión
The experience
The tour centers on a single 1,200-meter boardwalk on the Brazilian side, positioned to show you the full sweep of 275 falls at once. The walkway is built for viewing: it moves through a traditional route with stops at points where the scale becomes visible. The four major cascades (Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamin Constant, and the Garganta del Diablo, or Devil's Throat) anchor the landscape. Rainbows form constantly in the mist, and the vantage points are set up for photographs.
An air-conditioned vehicle picks you up and brings you to the park entrance. Your guide speaks English, Spanish or Portuguese and stays with the group through the walkway. The pace is set by the boardwalk itself. You move at your own speed between the marked viewpoints, and the guide points out the named falls and the geology that shaped them. Public transportation options exist nearby if you prefer to arrange your own way there.
