You board by speedboat at noon, check into your marble-bathroom cabin and have lunch. The afternoon opens to your choice: swim in the pool, kayak in Ao Ech Lagoon, or shoot photos from the glass bridge on the sundeck. At 18:00 you join a cooking class, then sit down to fine dining at 19:00. The evening stays yours: squid fishing, mini-golf, the pool or the bay view, depending on what calls you.
Day two wakes early. You catch the sunrise at 05:45, join a tai chi session at 06:15, and eat breakfast by 07:30. The ship then takes you to Dark & Bright Cave, where you explore before packing out. Brunch comes at 09:45, and by 11:15 you're back at the port. The shuttle drops you in Hanoi's Old Quarter by 15:30, completing the round trip from the city.
