The guide explains how the battle started and what happened in those opening moments.

From Lexington, you follow the same route the British forces took on April 19th, stopping at the Paul Revere capture site along the Battle Road Trail. The trail marks the path where British troops marched and where local militia and minutemen mounted resistance they hadn't expected to face. You'll also make a quick photo stop at the Alcott home in Concord, where Louisa May Alcott wrote Little Women. The final stop is the bridge in Concord where the "shot heard round the world" was fired—the site where British forces encountered unexpected resistance from Massachusetts militia.

The entire tour runs three hours door-to-door, with the 45-minute return drive built into that time. Your guide is licensed and knowledgeable about the Revolutionary War history; the vehicle holds up to four passengers and includes no luggage space.
