"The regulars are about," William Dawes shouted as he rode through Harvard Square on the night of April 18, 1775, and that warning set everything in motion. This tour picks up that thread and follows it all the way to Concord, walking the exact ground where 77 Minutemen faced 700 British soldiers on the morning of April 19. You start in Cambridge at MIT and Harvard, then move to the Longfellow House on Brattle Street, where George Washington planned the Siege of Boston. The heart of the day is Lexington and Concord itself. You'll stand at Battle Green, the oldest military burial site in America, and then walk sections of the Battle Road Trail.
