The Experience

The tour starts with hotel pickup from Laughlin and heads to Eagle Point, where the Skywalk sits. The glass platform extends out over the canyon rim, letting you stand 4,000 feet above the canyon floor with nothing between you and the view. Before or after the Skywalk, you walk through the Native American Village to see local crafts and learn about the tribes who live in the region. The stop gives you time to photograph the eagle shape in the rock formation that gives Eagle Point its name, and you might spot local wildlife moving through the area.

From Eagle Point, the tour moves to Guano Point, one of the most dramatic viewpoints on the West Rim. The vantage here is steep and sweeping—the canyon opens up differently from this angle. At Guano Point you can browse a Native American Flea Market run by Indigenous vendors, or grab a snack at the Guano Point Cafe if you want something between viewpoints and lunch.

Lunch happens at Grand Canyon Western Ranch, a historic property built to feel like a scene from an old Western film. The meal is included, and the ranch often has live entertainment. You ride in an air-conditioned vehicle the whole time, and the driver is a live guide speaking English who can answer questions about what you're seeing.
