The day starts with a continental breakfast of fresh fruit and baked goods, then moves into the water. The motorized swim platform is the detail that changes everything: you step from the platform straight into the water and climb back up the same way, no ladder wrestling, no scrambling over the side. The Virgin Islands' aqua waters are where you spend the middle hours, floating and snorkeling at whatever pace you want.
