The experience

You arrive at Sapphire Marina and board a private boat with Captain Rob, who handles all the sailing so you can decide what the day looks like. Want to spend hours under sail? Head out. Prefer to drop anchor at a reef and stay put? That works too. The boat carries snorkel gear and flotation toys, so you can get in the water whenever you want, and Honeymoon Beach is one of several stops the captain can take you to depending on conditions and your mood.

Lunch is homemade and prepared on board by Deb, not a cooler of sandwiches, but something cooked for the day. You eat when you're ready, rinse off with fresh water after snorkeling, and the dock slip means you board and leave without wading through the shallows. The full day runs seven hours, which gives you real time in the water and under sail without feeling rushed.

This is not a tour where you sit and listen. You're in the water when you want to be, on deck when you want to rest, and the captain takes cues from you about where to go next.
