You arrive 30 minutes before your booking time at the Dubai Marina location, next to the Skydive area near Zero Gravity Beach. After signing the waiver and selecting your menu choices—Italian Burrata or a Middle Eastern set to start, then chicken, fish, beef or pasta for the main, and chocolate sphere or fruits for dessert—a safety supervisor briefs all guests and assigns seats. The table rotates as it rises, so every seat has the same view. Then the crane lifts the entire dining platform into the sky.

At 50 meters up, you eat your three-course dinner while looking out over Dubai's skyline and water. The team serves you throughout the experience and will help with photos. Juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea come with the meal. The whole thing—from arrival to descent—takes between 90 and 100 minutes depending on the session.
