The Experience

The highlight for me was climbing up the minaret at Uganda National Mosque. My legs were jelly by the top (I lost count of the steps), but you get this wild 360° view over Kampala—mosque domes below, taxis weaving around Old Taxi Park, clouds rolling in from Lake Victoria.
