The experience

You meet at Hafız Mustafa 1864 in Sirkeci and start on foot through the European side, moving between hidden corners where the food is made fresh. The final stop is different: you sit down at a local place where dessert is made fresh, choose between three options (plain, with walnuts, or with pistachio), and finish with Turkish black tea or Turkish coffee alongside coal-fired chestnuts.
