Phra Nang Cave Beach is the first stop after pickup, where you'll swim and relax on the sand while lunch is served with a view of The Rock formation. The beach sits at the base of a limestone cliff and holds a Buddhist shrine where locals leave offerings. From there the boat heads out to Chicken Island, named for its profile when seen from the water, and you'll snorkel in the open ocean to spot marine life around the rocks.

Tup Island comes next, and the tour times the visit to catch the sand bar: a strip of sand that connects Tup to the neighboring Mor Island when the tide drops low enough to walk across. The waters here are shallow and clear. The final stop is Poda Island, a stretch of white sand beach ringed by the same calm, transparent water. Throughout the day you have snorkeling equipment, bottled water, fresh fruit and a packed lunch. The guide speaks English, Thai or Malay depending on the group.

Hotel pickup runs from 8:00 to 8:45 AM and the tour ends by 2:00 PM, leaving the afternoon free.
