The experience

Once you're on the machine, the instructor leads the group along the coastline for the full hour. You control the throttle and steering. The guide controls the route and keeps everyone together. The ride typically heads toward Playa San Juan, though rougher seas can mean a detour to Los Cristianos instead. The pace and the stops are set by the guide, not by you, so you're free to focus on the ride itself rather than navigation.
