Then you move to a second major square, this one housing the pilgrimage museum, and the guide explains its significance. Between and around these stops, you visit three bars or cafeterias where you taste tapas and order from a choice of drinks: beer, wine, water, soft drinks, infusions or coffee depending on what you want.

The pace is built for conversation. You can ask questions and interact with other people on the tour, which means the experience changes based on who shows up and what interests them. The guide handles the route and the timing, so you follow without planning stops or worrying about where to eat next.
