From there you walk to one of Santiago's central squares, the one with the holy door and the clock tower, where the guide describes the plaza itself and shares the legends attached to it. Then you move to a second major square, this one housing the pilgrimage museum, and the guide explains its significance. Between and around these stops, you visit three bars or cafeterias where you taste tapas and order from a choice of drinks—beer, wine, water, soft drinks, infusions or coffee depending on what you want.
