Held at Roots Gastro Club in a secret garden setting.

The experience

You start with a cava glass in a secret garden terrace at Roots Gastro Club, a spacious venue in Barcelona designed for this kind of cooking. The chef walks you through a traditional Italian pasta dish, then you move into the kitchen to cut vegetables, prepare the sauce, and get your hands into the dough. While the sauce simmers, you'll make sprits, the filled pasta shape, learning the fold and seal that keeps the filling inside. The whole process takes about 2.5 hours from arrival to the last bite.

Once the pasta is cooked, you move to the rooftop terrace to eat it. The view of Barcelona frames the meal: fresh pasta you made, tiramisu you prepared for dessert, Italian bruschetta, and a platter of premium cold cuts and cheese. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are included throughout. The rooftop is where the cooking becomes a memory. The thing you made, the place you made it, the people you made it with, all at once.

What exactly do I learn to make in this pasta class?
