The experience
Casa Foodies sits on a terrace facing the Mediterranean, and the class starts with cava and a walk-through of what you'll be making. You cut vegetables and prepare seafood for the paella, then move into the sangria. Once the rice is ready, you eat it right there on the terrace with the view in front of you. The whole sequence takes about two and a half hours from arrival to dessert.
The menu moves through pan tomaquet, Spanish tapas (garlic shrimp, Padrón peppers, ham, tomato salad), then the seafood paella you've prepared, and finishes with Catalan cream. A live guide in English or Spanish talks you through each step, so you're not guessing at technique or timing. Pickup is included, and the class handles all the ingredients and equipment.
