After the falls, there's Oedolgae Rock — a 20-meter stone sculpture that the ocean carved, rising against cliffs that look like they're still deciding what to become. Then a 20-minute walk along Olle Trail Route 7, the kind of coastal path where the salt air gets into your clothes and stays there. Yakcheonsa Temple comes next, massive and gold-heavy, with Buddha statues that dwarf the tourists moving through the halls. The O'Sulloc Tea Museum sits on a hillside of green tea plants, and you can taste what the volcanic soil tastes like in a cup. None of this feels rushed because the guide has built the day to absorb travel time, lunch breaks, and the fact that people move at different speeds.

Mt Halla is the final piece, and here the tour splits. The Eoseungsaengak trail is a real hike — steep enough that you feel it, long enough that you notice the altitude — but it's not a mountaineering expedition. You get a 360-degree view from the summit: the volcanic crater, the northern coast, the whole island shrinking below you. If the hike doesn't appeal, the Eorimok Visitor Center has a nature gallery and the same views without the climb. After that, the tour ends at Jeju's oldest traditional market, where you have time to wander, eat black pork barbecue if you want it, or just stand still for a minute.
