You'll walk through the working distillery with a Distillery Ambassador, seeing each stage of production, then move to No. 1 Warehouse to understand how wood deepens and intensifies the color and flavor over the years.
The tasting happens in the Club Room of the Distillery Manager's House. You'll taste the Glengoyne White Oak, the 18 Year Old, and the 21 Year Old Malt, each paired with a handmade chocolate truffle from Iain Burnett, the Highland Chocolatier. The pairing is deliberate—the chocolate is made to complement the whisky, not just sit beside it.
