The experience
Check in at Villa Marina at 9:00 a.m., board Manta with your captain and crew, and head out for seven hours. The boat stays yours alone: no other groups, no schedule pressure, no dividing the captain's attention. Your group can express a preference for Icacos, Palomino, or Piñero, but the captain makes the final call based on weather, sea conditions, and what will keep everyone comfortable. That flexibility is the whole point: the day adapts to the water, not the other way around.
Two planned snorkeling stops anchor the day, with crew assistance and all gear provided. Marine life sightings vary and cannot be guaranteed. Between stops, swim in clear water or float on the mat while music plays. Beach time lets you move at your own pace. Snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, and your selected meal (charcuterie, prepared lunch, or BBQ) come aboard. You're back at Villa Marina by 4:00 p.m.
The captain and crew speak English and Spanish. Service animals are welcome. The boat is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, pregnancy, or poor cardiovascular health, though it suits all fitness levels otherwise.

Top questions
What languages is the tour guided in?
Live guide in English and Spanish.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
Can I choose which island we visit? Icacos, Palomino, or Piñero?
You can tell the captain your preference when you board, but the captain makes the final choice based on weather, sea conditions, and safety that day. The three islands all offer snorkeling and beach time, so the captain picks whichever one works best for your group.
What happens during the two snorkeling stops?
The crew provides snorkeling gear and life jackets, and they guide you into the water at each stop. You snorkel at your own pace while the crew stays nearby. Marine life sightings vary and are not guaranteed, but the crew knows where to find the best conditions on the day you go.
Is the meal included, and can I choose what we eat?
Yes, a meal for your group is included. You select one option when you book: charcuterie, a prepared lunch, or BBQ. Nonalcoholic drinks, snacks, and ice come aboard as well. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Do I need to bring my own snorkeling gear?
No. Snorkeling equipment, life jackets, and all required safety gear are provided aboard Manta. You do not need to bring your own.
How many people can fit on the boat?
Manta is reserved exclusively for your group of up to six guests, plus the captain and crew. The boat does not take other travelers, so your group has the full boat to itself.
What time does the charter start and end?
Check-in and a safety briefing begin at 9:00 a.m. at Villa Marina. The seven-hour charter returns to Villa Marina by 4:00 p.m.
