Lunch is a deli buffet with pasta salad and fruit; drinks include rum, piña colada and soft drinks. Snorkel gear, bottled water and snacks are included. You arrive by 8:30am for a 7-hour day on the water. The 46-foot boat carries mixed groups—you're not alone, but the crew keeps things organized and safe. Two snorkeling stops come first: the captain picks the reefs based on the morning's sea state, so if the north side is rough, he'll anchor somewhere calmer. Colorful reef gardens and schools of fish are the standard; sea turtles show up often enough that the operator mentions them, though nothing's guaranteed on any given day.

Flamenco Beach is the planned beach stop—white sand, clear water, the kind of place that looks like the postcard version of itself. Again, if conditions don't cooperate, the boat has other Culebra beaches to choose from. You get time to wade, swim or just sit; the crew doesn't rush you off the sand. Snorkel gear stays with you the whole day, so you can go back in the water if you want.

Lunch arrives mid-day: build-your-own sandwiches from a deli spread, vegetarian pasta salad, and a fruit platter. Drinks flow throughout—bottled water, soft drinks, rum and piña colada. Chips and cookies round it out. The boat has strict rules: no outside alcohol, no coolers, no smoking. Arrive late and the boat leaves without you; there are no refunds. You'll need to pay a $3 marine fee in cash at check-in.
