Every cocktail you'll taste comes from the bar's own original creations, built entirely from natural ingredients. You'll try 5 different cocktails across the tasting, each one roughly 80–100 ml, and they vary in taste and form so you're moving through different flavor profiles. As each drink is prepared, the bartender explains how it's made and what inspired it: the thinking behind the drink, not just the ingredients. One example on the menu is a Summer Bloody Mary made with Olmeca Altos, tomato, carrot and coconut, which gives you a sense of how the bar builds on familiar drinks with unexpected turns. The whole experience runs about an hour.
