The experience

The day starts with a pickup from Marrakech at 4:30 pm. On the drive toward the Agafay Desert, you'll stop at the women's cooperative and have tea before arriving at the camp. The route gives you views of the Atlas Mountains chain as you leave the city behind.

Once in the desert, you ride a camel across the small dunes to watch the sunset. After the ride, the local team serves a full Moroccan dinner under the stars: Moroccan salad, your choice of tajine (chicken, lamb or beef), tea, water and dessert.
