The experience

Your driver picks you up in Marrakech and drives you to a women's cooperative of argan oil, where you spend about 30 minutes learning how the oil is made and sharing tea. From there you head into the Agafay Desert for the camel ride itself. You explore the open landscape and find a spot to watch the sun drop over the dunes, which is the centerpiece of the afternoon. The ride is paced for all fitness levels, and infants can travel in a pram or stroller if needed.

Once the light fades, you move to the dinner site. A traditional Moroccan meal is served, followed by a live Berber music and dance performance that showcases the region's cultural heritage. The evening closes with a fire show: artists open with a musical introduction, demonstrate fire dancing and torch juggling, and finish with an explosive finale. Vegetarian options are available if you request them when you book.
