Essaouira to Sidi Kaouki is a six-hour ride that starts from the base in Diabat, just outside the city. You'll operate your own quad bike, not watch from a passenger seat, across a landscape that shifts from hidden forest paths to the massive sand dunes around Cape Sim. The guide leads the route and stops for photos at panoramic coastal overlooks, but the riding itself is yours to control. Children aged 5 to 11 share a double quad with an adult. Anyone older rides solo.

The day splits into two halves. The morning pushes through technical dune sections where the terrain demands focus, then opens onto the long, wind-swept Essaouira beach where you can feel the speed and space. You'll cross the small village of Ouassane on the way south. By midday you reach Sidi Kaouki, where a lunch break at a local restaurant gives you time to rest and eat Moroccan specialities before the return ride back to Diabat.

Gear is provided: helmet and windbreaker jacket. Bring water (bottled water is included), dress for Atlantic wind and weather, and expect to be on the quad for most of the day.
