The experience
You arrive at a park built around a network of natural cenotes and underground cave systems in the Riviera Maya. The admission ticket opens access to seven circuits across the property, each one a different way to move through the landscape. The ziplines come first: fourteen of them, ranging from 26 to 148 feet high, strung between platforms and ending in the clear water of the cenotes below. You clip in with a harness, push off, and land in the water, then climb suspension bridges to get back to the next line. The height and distance vary, so the first few prepare you for the longer runs.
The other circuits move you through the jungle and underground. An amphibious vehicle takes you over bridges, through jungle trails, and into flooded caves where the rock formations rise around you as you drive. A raft circuit lets you paddle by hand through underwater caves and grottos. The swimming section puts you in an underground river between stalactites and stalagmites. You move through the water on your own, discovering the cave system as you go. The Toboganxote is a five-stage slide that drops you through different angles and ends in a wave pool. All equipment (helmets, lifejackets, harnesses) comes with your ticket, and trained staff are stationed at each activity to check your setup and answer questions.
Lunch is a buffet you can return to as many times as you want during the day, with unlimited fruit drinks, coffee, and hot chocolate included. Lockers, changing rooms, and rest areas are scattered through the park, so you can dry off and eat without leaving the property. The whole experience runs about six hours from arrival to exit, which gives you time to move through all four circuits without rushing any single one.

Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Child (5 to 11 years); Infant (under 5): free.
How high do the ziplines go at Xplor Park?
The fourteen ziplines range from 26 to 148 feet in height, so the first few are short and steep while the longer ones stretch across larger spans of the cenotes. Each one ends in the water, and you climb back up using suspension bridges to reach the next line.
What is the Toboganxote at Xplor Park?
Toboganxote is a five-stage slide that drops you through different angles and sections before ending in a wave pool. It is one of the four main activity circuits included in your admission.
Can I swim in the underground rivers at Xplor?
Yes. One circuit is a swimming section where you move through an underground river between stalactites and stalagmites. You paddle through underwater caves and grottos on a raft in another circuit, so you experience the cave system both ways.
Is lunch included in the Xplor Park ticket?
Lunch is an all-you-can-eat buffet included in your admission, and you can return to it as many times as you want during the day. Unlimited fruit-flavored drinks, coffee, and hot chocolate are also included. Alcoholic beverages are not offered.
What equipment do I need to bring for ziplining at Xplor?
All safety equipment (helmets, lifejackets, and harnesses) is included with your admission. Bring comfortable clothes, water shoes, and a change of clothes since you will be wet. Insect repellent without certain chemicals (listed in park guidelines) is recommended, and you should bring cash if you want to purchase souvenirs.
Are there height and weight requirements for the ziplines?
Yes. The minimum height is 4.5 feet (137 cm) and minimum weight is 88 lbs (40 kg). Maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg), maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm), and maximum leg width is 25 inches (65 cm). Trained staff will verify these measurements before you zipline.
