The Experience

The day starts with pickup from your hotel. You'll ride an ATV across Mazatlan's beach, through agave fields and across streams—the route moves through terrain that changes as you go. At the ranch, there's a rest station where you can catch your breath before moving to the dining room.

Lunch arrives with machaca burritos, beans, guacamole, salsa, nopal salad and tortillas, all made from organic seasonal products the ranch grows itself. A drink comes with the meal. Then you taste the tequila produced from the agave planted on the property—Mr. Lionso is the brand, and they have different flavours to try. The ranch sits in a quiet, exclusive environment in the midst of nature, so the tasting happens without the noise of a crowded venue.

Private transportation picks you up wherever you're staying and brings you back. Infants can ride in a stroller or sit on an adult's lap. The guide speaks English and Spanish.
