Soar above the canyon, then rappel down the rock wall

Zipline through a natural canyon near Cabo San Lucas on a multi-adventure activity that includes suspension bridge crossing, controlled rappel descent, and a tequila tasting. The experience runs about two hours with a professional guide, safety equipment, roundtrip transport from your hotel, and water included; children from age 7 are welcome. A park fee of $15 USD per person in cash is paid on arrival.

The Experience

What happens if you want the adrenaline without the long setup? Costa Azul Ziplines cuts straight to it: you arrive, get fitted with PETZL PRO safety gear by a certified guide, and within minutes you're walking the desert trails that lead into the canyon. The guides brief you on the equipment and the route, then you move into the landscape itself—native vegetation, rock formations, the arroyos that carve through Baja California terrain.

The zipline circuit is the centerpiece. You fly across a series of high-speed cables strung above the canyon, suspended over the rock and desert below, with an advanced braking system that keeps the ride smooth and controlled. Between lines you cross a suspension bridge with views down into the canyon, then move into the rappel section—a guided descent where you clip in and lower yourself down a vertical rock wall. It's the moment the adrenaline peaks, and the guides are there managing the rope and your pace the whole way. Along the route you might spot local birds and native plants, but the focus stays on what you're doing, not on watching.

The two-hour window includes the walk, all three activities, and the gear. Roundtrip transport picks you up from your hotel and brings you back. At the end, before you leave, there's a tequila tasting (age 18 and up). Cameras and phones stay in the lockers during the activity—no footage, just the moment itself. The park entrance fee of $15 USD per person is cash-only and paid when you check in.
