The experience

The site sits in San José del Cabo itself, no long drive required, on a natural sanctuary surrounded by forest. The day moves through three main moments. First comes the suspension bridge, a structure that shifts with every step you take, so crossing it is as much play as passage: jumping and dancing around while it sways beneath you. Then you rappel, descending under control the way you've seen climbers do in films, except now you're the one on the line. The instructors stay with you through each section, managing the technical side while you focus on the movement and the view. Water is provided throughout.

Transport picks you up and brings you back, and the whole session runs about four hours. The guides speak English or Spanish, so language is not a barrier. Tequila tasting rounds out the end. A small reward after you've worked the lines and crossed the bridge.
