An air-conditioned vehicle picks you up from your hotel, so the day starts the moment you step outside.

They set out the snorkel gear, keep the open bar flowing with margaritas, vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, wine and beer, and serve lunch—a turkey baguette with guacamole, Mexican sauce, and a fruit cocktail.
