The experience
Batu Caves is the first stop: a limestone temple cave complex where you walk inside to see the shrine. From there the tour moves through the city by car, passing the Golden Triangle shopping district and the Old Railway Station, with photo stops at Independence Square (a colonial-era plaza with Moorish buildings), the National Mosque, and the King's Palace. The Petronas Twin-Towers, 452 metres tall, get a photo stop, and KL Gallery, a contemporary art museum, is a visit stop where you spend time on the ground.
The whole day runs eight hours from pickup to drop-off. Your driver is also your guide and speaks English throughout. The vehicle is air-conditioned, seats your group privately, and can accommodate wheelchairs. Because this tour is built for cruise passengers, the timing is flexible: you tell the operator your ship's arrival and departure times at booking, and the driver coordinates the pickup to match your schedule. Infants can sit on an adult's lap or use a specialized seat. Strollers are welcome.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Child (3 to 11 years); Infant (under 3).
What exactly is Batu Caves and how much time do I spend there?
Batu Caves is a limestone temple cave complex with a shrine inside. It is a visit stop on the itinerary, meaning you get out and walk through it rather than viewing it from the car. The tour allocates time for you to explore the cave and the temple grounds.
How does the driver know when to pick me up if my ship arrives late?
At booking, you provide your flight name, arrival time, departure time and flight number (or ship details for cruise passengers). The driver uses this information to time the pickup to your actual arrival, so delays are accounted for and you do not miss the tour.
Can I visit inside the Petronas Twin-Towers or is it just a photo stop?
The Petronas Twin-Towers is a photo stop, meaning you stop to photograph the building from outside. Entry to the towers themselves is not included in this tour.
Is food included, or do I need to bring money for meals?
Food and drinks are not included in the tour price. You can bring your own or purchase meals during the stops. The driver can recommend places near the landmarks.
What if I am in a wheelchair? Can I do this tour?
Yes. The vehicle is wheelchair accessible and the tour is suitable for all physical fitness levels. Batu Caves and KL Gallery both have access. Some stops like Independence Square and the King's Palace are photo stops from the car, so you see them without needing to leave the vehicle.
