The experience

The Blue Hole sits as a natural mineral pool inside a limestone sinkhole ringed by rainforest. You'll spend your first two hours there: jump off the edge into the deep water, swing on Tarzan ropes, swim into caves, or simply float and take photos. A five-minute hike through the woods leads to Secret Falls, where you can stand under the cascading water. Your guide stays with you the whole time and knows the best spots for each activity.

From there you move to the White River for the rafting portion. The current carries you downstream at a relaxed pace. You sit back and take in the rainforest walls on either side while the raft handles a few class II rapids. No paddling experience is needed. The river does most of the work. The whole activity runs between three and five hours depending on your resort location and how long you linger at each stop.

Private air-conditioned transport picks you up from your resort or cruise ship and brings you back.
