The experience

The class happens in a carefully selected local home in Treviso or the surrounding area. You decide how far you want to travel. A Cesarina (one of Italy's 600+ home cooks across the country) teaches you the tricks behind three signature dishes of the region, and you cook them yourself at your own workstation. The kitchen is yours for four hours, and every ingredient and tool you need is already there.

After you finish cooking, you sit down to taste everything you've prepared, paired with a selection of local red and white wines. Water and coffee are included. You leave with an official Le Cesarine apron and shopping bag, so you can recreate these recipes at home. The class runs in English or Italian, depending on what suits you.
