The experience

Picture this: you walk through the arrivals hall at Florence airport, jet-lagged and rolling a suitcase, and there's someone holding a sign with your name on it. No scrambling for a taxi rank, no negotiating with drivers outside, no phone calls to figure out where to meet. That's the moment this transfer saves you. Your professional driver has been tracking your flight, so they know exactly when you're landing, and they're already there when you emerge.

The car waiting for you is a Mercedes-Benz EQS or S-Class, a BMW 7 Series, or an Audi A8. The kind of vehicle that makes the drive from the airport feel like the trip has already started. The driver opens your door, loads your luggage without you lifting a finger, and you settle into the back seat with bottled water already waiting. The route into Florence takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic, and you're not thinking about directions or tolls or whether you're being overcharged. Those details are handled. All airport taxes and parking fees are included in the price you paid when you booked, so there's no surprise conversation at the end.

If your flight is delayed, it doesn't matter. The service includes 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport, and your driver is tracking your flight in real time, so they adjust automatically. You're not paying extra for a late arrival or scrambling to find a new ride. The whole thing is built around the idea that travel is already complicated enough: getting from the airport to your hotel shouldn't add to that stress. The car itself runs on a carbon offset program, so the journey is sustainable too, which is a small detail but one that matters if you care about how you travel.
