The experience

The day starts with pickup from your accommodation and heads to the Blue Lagoon, where the water stays clear and shallow enough for everyone. An instructor joins you in the water, and you spend roughly two hours snorkeling across two separate spots to see the sea life. All equipment (mask, fins, wetsuit) comes with you. The boat, the guide and the towels are included.

Between water time, you'll ride a jungle swing that soars out over dense palms, high enough to feel the rush and low enough to snap photos without fear. Then comes a walk through Tegallalang's rice terraces, where the paddies step down the hillside in neat green rows and you can watch farmers at work. If your hotel is in the Jimbaran area, you'll visit the morning fish market first. If you're staying in Ubud, the art market instead.
