The experience

You start by choosing where the session happens: at your villa or at the studio. Once you arrive, the professional makeup artist works with you on the look you want: makeup, hair styling, whatever suits how you'd like to appear in the photos. The whole process is built around making you comfortable in front of the camera, not rushing through it.

The two-hour photo session itself is the core of the experience. You wear the Balinese costume and accessories provided, and the photographer guides you through poses that work with the outfit and the setting. This is not a quick snapshot situation. The time is there so you can try different angles, expressions and positions. When it's done, you get both the original files and retouched versions to take home: the polished photos ready to share or print.

The whole thing runs three hours from start to finish. Slots fill up, so booking ahead is necessary if you have specific dates in mind.
