You sleep in a cabin built for 2 or 4 people, with a 5-inch or 12-centimeter mattress, pillow, blanket and waterproof carpet underneath to insulate from the cold. Dinner is prepared whenever you're hungry, but most people stay awake through the night watching Fuego—the twin volcano across the valley—erupt.
