You arrive at a working vineyard and farmland in Santorini, not a restaurant kitchen. The chef walks you through preparing four dishes—Santorinian salad, tomato balls, Greek oven potatoes, spinach pie, spetsofai, or Greek yogurt with honey, depending on the day—using herbs and vegetables from the garden. This is not a demonstration: you handle the ingredients and the tools, learning the technique as you work. The class runs three hours, informal and paced so beginners and experienced cooks both move at the same rhythm.

After cooking, you sit on the veranda overlooking the vineyard and eat what you made. One bottle of wine comes with every two people, local and chosen to match the meal. The winery tour follows lunch: the chef or a winemaker shows you how the grapes are harvested and processed, and walks through the traditional techniques that turn them into wine. It is the reason the class sits on the property instead of in town.

The class runs mid-day or in the afternoon depending on which option you pick at checkout.
