You'll also visit St George the Mandilas, a monastery built inside a cave roughly 40 meters up a rock face on the north side, where the structure itself is the story: built centuries ago in a space carved from stone, it sits where few tourists reach on their own.

Transport is handled in a VIP minibus with air-conditioning. The driver picks you up, and the four-hour window means the day stays contained: no arranging taxis between sites, no guessing how long each stop takes. Infants can bring a pram or stroller.
