The experience

Zenobia Divers runs the class from start to finish on the Zenobia Wreck itself, a real dive site off Larnaca rather than a confined pool or shallow bay. You begin with a thorough introduction to the equipment and safety protocols on the boat, then your instructor walks you through the basic diving skills you'll need before you enter the water. The wreck sits at a depth that works for beginners, and your guide stays with you the entire time, patient and experienced enough to keep you confident as you explore.

The boat ride takes you out to the site, and once you're underwater, you'll see the wreck structure around you as you practice the skills your instructor has just taught you. The three-hour session includes all the diving gear you need, so you arrive with nothing but a swimsuit. Your instructor photographs and films your dive, so you leave with images of yourself underwater on the wreck.

What’s included

  • All diving gear including wetsuit and tank.
  • private instructor for the full three hours.
  • boat transport to and from the Zenobia Wreck.
  • photos and videos of your dive.
