The experience

The combo starts right from the center of Jaco, five minutes to leave town, then splits into two separate adventures. The ATV portion takes you up the rainforest trails to the top of the surrounding mountains, where you overlook Jaco and the surrounding areas from the ridge. The canopy zipline section sends you back down through the treetops on cable, helmet on, moving between platforms anchored in the forest. A professional guide runs both activities and speaks English, Spanish or French, so the instruction and safety briefing land clearly no matter which language you need.

You pick the vehicle type when you book: a standard ATV and dirt bike, a side-by-side buggy, or a side-by-side Talon, each with its own pricing. The operator holds a security deposit on your credit card at the start and releases it after inspection at the end. A photo of your passport is required. The operator needs to see the name and the entry stamp to the country. Minimum group size is two people per booking, and children must be accompanied by an adult. The schedule is flexible: you can run both activities in a single day or spread them across two days, so you can pair this with other plans in Jaco without cramming everything into one morning.
