The chairlift goes to tower 6 if you want something gentler. Both are separate tickets from your admission, so you buy them if you want them. They're not bundled in. On the way down, there's a toboggan run that's genuinely fun if the weather's holding. If it's not, you can take the chairlift back instead. Just know that toboggan tickets don't get refunded if weather closes it, so that's the trade.
