You meet a real Special Agent at the start who gives you your spy kit and mission briefing. Guides do not accompany you during play, only at the beginning and end. The experience
You're sent on a Secret Mission as a spy team with two hours to save the city. A Special Agent meets you in downtown Vancouver and hands over your spy kit (a real map, clues, tools and a locked box), then you're on your own to navigate the downtown core. The game works like an escape room stretched across the city: you move between real attractions like the Marine Building, Vancouver Art Gallery and Bill Reid Gallery, solving puzzles at each stop and unlocking the next clue. No app, no wifi, no devices needed. You're reading physical clues and working through the landscape instead of staring at a screen.
Teams walk 2 to 2.5 km through downtown Vancouver's shopping and entertainment district, passing shops, restaurants and public art along the way. The route stays in the city centre, and you'll pass close to Vancouver Lookout (the 168-meter glass tower with 360° views) near both the start and end points. The game operates in all weather, so you dress for the conditions and wear comfortable walking shoes. Children as young as 6 can play, though the game is recommended for ages 12 and up. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
When time's up, you return to the Special Agent with your locked box and final answers. Each team gets a certificate with their score, and every player receives a souvenir sticker. Top-scoring teams earn a spot on the website and Instagram page. The game runs in time slots with up to 8 teams per slot, so you're competing against other groups playing at the same time, not just racing the clock.

The game runs for exactly two hours, and you return to the Special Agent at the end whether you've unlocked every puzzle or not. Your team still receives a certificate with the score you earned and a place on the leaderboard if it's high enough.
