The experience

The boat leaves Barra da Lagoa at 10 am and travels the full length of the east coast in continuous navigation, passing Prainha da Barra da Lagoa, Praia da Galheta, Praia Mole, Praia do Gravatá, Praia da Joaquina, and Praia do Campeche before reaching the island. You stay anchored in front of Campeche Island for an hour and a half: long enough to swim, use a snorkel and mask if you want one, or float on the mat without getting back on the boat. A choripan arrives during this stop, and paying adults get a caipirinha.

On the return, the boat enters the canal connecting the sea to Lagoa da Conceição and makes a second swimming stop on a private beach there, timed to catch the sunset before heading back to Barra da Lagoa. The whole tour runs six hours from check-in.
